It’s finally here!! The audio version of No Dogs or Indians is now available on Amazon, Audible and iTunes.

A big, well-deserved shout out to the narrator, Janelle Tedesco, for doing such a remarkable job.

I can’t describe how it felt, the very first time I heard her bring life to the characters that lived in my mind and on the pages with me for so long. The audio is nearly 9 hours long, but of course it took many more than that for the overall production. Not only was the length of the project a huge undertaking, but also the effort of bringing an authentic sound to the distinct dialect of the Native American dialogue added a whole other challenge not many people would be willing to tackle. But Janelle–God bless her–was undaunted, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Janelle’s exceptional skill with characterizations, and her ability to maintain perfect tone and pace, adds wonderful dimension to the story-telling.

I know every book a writer produces is their baby. But this book is very near and dear to me, on many levels. The issues raised in the story, are problems I’ve observed up close, from many sides; issues I still see many people wrestling with, and struggling to understand completely. That alone, for me, makes this story worth any and all effort expended in its production.

Fortunately, I found in Janelle a person who shares this same sense of responsibility to tell this (uncomfortable-in-places) story, and share its message.

If you haven’t picked up a copy of the book yet, and are “time-challenged” like so many these days, I encourage you to check out the audio version. The file downloads to any listening device, giving you hands-free, and eyes-free access to the story.
